Set realistic and measurable goals before you play. Make sure you have a have a plan keep you on track:
- I will limit myself to 3 hours of screen time today. I will be reminded by setting an alarm .
- I will take breaks every 20 minutes. I will be reminded by alarm or family
- For every hour of screen time, I will exercise for 10 minutes. I will be reminded by family
- I will play standing up instead of in a bean bag chair .
- I will maintain healthy eating habits by leaving snacks in the kitchen
